- Face to face sessions are for any individual interested in personalised coaching to achieve your fitness goals (specialising in strength, muscle growth, weight loss and toning).

Boxing
In our boxing classes, you'll learn boxing techniques including punches, footwork, and defensive moves, as well as strength and conditioning exercises to help you get in top shape.

In a nutrition consultation, your coach will delve into factors related to healthy eating and will directly relate these back to your health and fitness goals.
